What we encourage:

You don't have to live off almonds and leaves in order to be healthy. We recommend a whole foods diet - eliminating most grains and dairy - and building meals around protein. Our goal is to keep protein high, blood sugar low, and choose the most nutrient dense foods. In pursuit of this ideal, many see drastic changes in their appearance and energy levels - all the while enjoying their meals.
